Founder's Message

When it comes to helping others, everyone has their own unique way of doing so.

Giving food, money, clothes, or things.

Giving your hands, your time.

Giving a chance.

When I was in seventh grade, I was chosen as the school’s most helpful student.

I remember being quite surprised.

If I’d been chosen as the school’s most curious or most active student, I would have understood—but the most helpful?!

I didn't think I was helping anyone.

I only loved solving problems.

Many years later, I realized they were the same thing.

Every meaningful problem we solve improves someone's life.

This realization shaped my entire journey.

For the first twenty years of my professional life, I solved complex industrial problems. When an entire system, or partially, stopped working, the solution was never to fight the symptoms. The first question was always:

How does the system really work?

Only once we understood the mechanisms could we create a lasting solution. Over time, another question began to occupy my mind:

If every complex system can be understood, why should the human mind be different?

Wherever I looked, I saw people carrying emotional pain, limiting beliefs, broken relationships, and unrealized potential. I saw people trying incredibly hard to change. Many succeeded for a while. Many did not.

The current state of science still required settling for less. It was not possible to fully meet the needs of transformation. My mind could not accept that unnecessary suffering should remain one of humanity's permanent problems.

I believed a happier world was possible, and I wanted it so badly.

I believed there had to be mechanisms behind transformation, just as there are mechanisms behind every other complex system. This belief changed the direction of my life. Once you believe, there's no stopping you.

Stage O
2006-2013

Long term research. Isolated the mechanisms.

I dedicated the next twenty years to one mission:

To discover those mechanisms.

Some were easy to understand. Others were said to remain unknown for many more decades.

If you have a meaningful target, each first step is the tangible reflection of the decision that determines the second step. Each following step is the natural tangible result of the previous one. And it goes this way on unless you decide to stop it.  I refused to stop until I found them.

Problems are meant to be solved. Human suffering is not an exception. If we understand the mechanisms, we can help people transform and create a better world, one life at a time and many lives at a time.

Yes, it took years. Yes, it was quite exhausting, but it was a happy kind of exhaustion. It was the most demanding challenge I have ever undertaken. But it was also the most meaningful. Because I was no longer trying to solve industrial problems. I was trying to solve a human one.

Today, I can tell you something I once only hoped would be true.

We found them.

We now understand how life experiences become emotional suffering.

We understand how the mind becomes trapped in patterns that no longer serve us.

More importantly, we understand how those patterns can be transformed.

But understanding was never my final goal. Knowledge changes very little until people can use it.

That is why transformed this understanding into a structured methodology and created a standardized and safe process. Tested the effectiveness of the process with over a hundred volunteer clients, all successfull starting from day one, completely outperformed traditional methods.

That is why I had a strong hope that results would be sustainable.

Hope is beautiful, but patience is even more beautiful.

This is why I also tracked the outcome sustainability over those five years.

Stage I - II
2014-2018

A rigid protocol.
100+ clients tested.

It’s great to succeed, of course, but it’s never been my ultimate goal.

Until more people can help even more others, you can not just sit and wish for a better world for everyone.

That is why I developed a simplified training system, in a way there would be no need to go through the same long journey I did, to teach practitioners how to apply this method most effectively and responsibly.

I wanted to prove the answer of a question through the training as well:

This methodology successfully simulates the mind’s transformative process mechanism.

But does it require professional experience necessary for them to achieve the full results?

Stage III-IV-V
2019-2026

Teaching practitioners. Testing real-world effectiveness.
Tracking  sustainability.

And that is why, I first entrusted it to non-professionals, to people without professional mental health backgrounds.

The answer became clear.

When they have a passion to helping others, they can be taught 'how to bring about effective transformation' through rigorous training. And this can be learned without any prior experience.

I trained practitioners from diverse non-professional backgrounds. Their backgrounds varied, but their passion was shared: to help one more person live a more peaceful life.

They all successfully completed the training. Even while the training was still ongoing, they fully transformed every single issue their in-training clients had. They are the first vanguards. I am proud of each and every one of them.

That is why I could foresee that the wonderful results that the practitioners provided for their clients would be sustainable.

Foreseeing ability is good, but patience is even better.

That is why, with patience, I have monitored the sustainability ever since we graduated our first class in 2019.

They worked with many young people and adults following their training. It was the same report results from each of them for every client:

“Client ID Nr….. Protocol followed. Problem scores are all zero.”

Zero.

When else could a person be so happy to hear the number zero?!

Today, ReBrain is entering its next chapter.

So far, I have kept the number of participants in the training program small to monitor sustainability in detail from every angle. We have reached our initial target of 20 practitioners and have proven that the skills they gained in the training program and the well-being of their clients are sustainable. Since they all have consistently achieved the same results working with a sufficient number of participantssince each one has proven me right in why I selected them, we are now opening our doors to more people who share the same ethical values.

Because a better world will never be created by one founder.

Or by one discovery.

It will be created by hundreds, thousands of people who choose to use that discovery to improve another person's life.

This world will be created by every “other person” who completes a positive transformation.

That has always been my dream.

Not to build a company.

Not to build a reputation.

To contribute to building a future where mental well-being is accessible and easy for everyone.

Because I deeply believe that a world where everyone lives up to their potential, grows, and develops is possible.

A world where, in homes, schools, streets, and workplaces, peaceful, purposeful people find happiness in self-realization and taking care of others, too.

Expanding Stage V
2026-

Scale Non-Professionals.
Pivot to Professionals.

To this day, I have never imagined anything that I didn’t believe with all my heart would come true.

I now imagine people in the future talking in an ordinary daily life conversation, but with surprise:
“Back then, you supposedly couldn’t update your emotional mind. People had to deal with it! In fact, the situation got so bad that, at some point, it turned into a global crisis.”

Or a teacher talking to the seventh-grade.

Or at a company's performance review meeting.

It's not that far in the future. Some of you will be there, looking back and thinking, “I was one of the first people to bring about this change.” Whether you are there or not, could there be a more valuable way to make our time on this beautiful planet more meaningful and to honour the life time we have been given?

If you want this future for everyone and wish to be among the pioneers building the path to it, I sincerely invite you to take the first step and join us. You may not wish to be a practitioner, but you would still like to reach us and support this movement.

Together, we can create a major turning point, not just for ourselves and our loved ones, but also for all of humanity because we have everything we need to do so, efficient tools and a clear vision.

Together, step by step, transformed lives at a time, and redefining the meaning of life for all of them, we can help create a better future for all.

Welcome to ReBrain.
